The invention relates to a disc brake (1) comprising a brake calliper (10), whose housing (11) contains at least one brake pad (16) that is supported by at least one pad guide (20) and comprising at least one bearing bolt (25), the brake calliper being displaceably mounted on a fixing device (5) that is permanently attached to the vehicle by means of said bearing bolt. The aim of the invention is to provide a disc brake that combines the advantages of the fixed-calliper principle with the advantages of the floating-calliper principle, is configured without a bracket and that does not have the disadvantages of the disc brakes in prior art. This is achieved as cited in claim 1, according to which the pad guide is configured as a cylindrical guide sleeve (22) that houses the bearing bolt.
