<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording sheet which improves light resistance and color developability and which makes bleeding with the passage of time and mottling properties good, and a manufacturing method for the inkjet recording sheet. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording sheet with at least one ink absorbing layer containing inorganic particulates and a binder is characterized in that the at least one ink absorbing layer contains a compound which is expressed by general formula (1). In general formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, or an acyl group; R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>and R<SP>5</SP>each represent the hydrogen atom, a methyl group, or an ethyl group; R<SP>6</SP>and R<SP>7</SP>each represent the hydrogen atom or a methyl group; X represents an atom which is classified in chalcogen, N (R<SP>8</SP>) or C (R<SP>9</SP>) (R<SP>10</SP>); and R<SP>8</SP>, R<SP>9</SP>and R<SP>10</SP>each represent the hydrogen atom or a substituent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
