<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mobile communication system which can make the power consumption reduction of mobile stations by unifying a location registration for every radio system and paging processing. <P>SOLUTION: In the mobile station 100 connectable with two or more sorts of radio systems, the location registration processing currently performed by the mobile communication system is provided about the power-saving of the mobile station 100 by performing only to one of the radio system (communication network 101 or 111). The simultaneous paging processing currently performed by the mobile communications system. It is provided about the power-saving of the mobile station by awaiting only to the one of the radio systems (communication network 101 or 111).
