<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator which is high in precision, high in reliability and small in size without any electrical non-conduction on the surface of the piezoelectric vibrator even if an electrode shape is more micro-fabricated and downsized, and to provide a method for manufacturing the piezoelectric vibrator. <P>SOLUTION: In the piezoelectric vibrator, which is provided with a vibrating part and a base part, a plane electrical wiring and a side face electrical wiring are provided respectively on a plane portion and a side face portion of the vibrating part or the base part, and the plane portion and the side face portion are allowed to abut on each other. Corner part wiring connected to the plane wiring and the side face wiring and disposed to spread over a ridge line corner part is provided near the rigid line corner part, and a spreading portion of said corner part wiring spreading over the ridge line corner part is made wider than the line width of the plane wiring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
