<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube clamp device which is easily operable and by which distinction between an open state and a closed state of a tube may be easily confirmed. <P>SOLUTION: The tube clamp device includes: a housing 1 with a lumen 4 through which a transfusion tube 5 is insertable while penetrating in the longitudinal direction and an upper window 6 formed by opening the lumen 4; a slider 2 mounted on the housing 1 so that an upper surface is exposed from the upper window 6 and is linearly movable in the longitudinal direction of the lumen; and a clamp member 3 which has a base body part 3a turnably supported being positioned facing the upper window 6 and is extended from its turning fulcrum and a clamp head 3b which is formed bent toward the lumen of the housing 1 from the tip end of the base body part 3a and whose tip end is turned in inner and outer directions as the base body part 3a turns. The clamp member 3 and the slider 2 have connection parts 7, 8 engaging with each other.
