摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for vertically discharging soil in a jacking construction method capable of providing a large soil discharging capacity, providing no pulsation, capable of discharging the soil at a stable soil discharge pressure, using a simple mechanism, providing improved maintainability, and stably discharging the soil without damaging devices even if sharp gravels (crushed stones) are mixed therein. SOLUTION: In this soil discharge method in the jacking construction method for feeding a discharged slurry from an underground construction site to a vacuum device installed on the ground through a shaft, a viscosity pump 7 discharging soil by utilizing a viscosity resistance produced between a rotor 8 and a carrying fluid by rotating the rotor 8 therein is installed in a vertical pipe inside the shaft.
