PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system and a transmission electric power control method, which can prevent troubles caused by transmission signals from a mobile station for the other electronic device. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system 100 has a wireless base station 120 and a mobile station 130 which performs wireless communications with the wireless base station 120. The wireless base station 120 has a transmission electric power upper-bound value notification part 121 which notifies the mobile station 130 of a transmission electric power upper-bound value. The mobile station 130 has a wireless transmission part 211 which controls a transmission electric power value so as not to exceed the transmission electric power upper-bound value based on the transmission electric power upper-bound value notified from the transmission electric power upper-bound value notification part 121 of the wireless base station 120.
