PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball lifting and sending apparatus which corresponds to a small difference in level by the rotary transportation, enables the smooth suction and discharge of game balls and can be produced at low cost by lessening the number of component parts. SOLUTION: The ball lifting and sending apparatus is comprised of a circular rotary bucket which is equipped with two or more storing sections to store the two or more game balls circumferentially and a drive shaft at the center, a drive side holding section which is located at one side of the rotary bucket and holds a drive section, and a guide side holding section which is located at the other side of the rotary bucket and is equipped with an inflow guide to receive the inflow of the two or more game balls and a discharge guide to execute the discharge of the two or more game balls.
