PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereo decorating grant body giving a sufficient three-dimensional appearance, a fabricating technique thereof, and a watch equipped with a dial plate giving a sufficient three-dimensional appearance. SOLUTION: In the watch of the present invention, which is equipped with a dial plate 14, a movement 15 driving watch hands 23 to 25, and a watchcase 13 containing the dial plate 14 and the movement 15, the dial plate 14 is equipped with a base plate 30 and a stereo decorating body 31, made of epoxy resin, arranged at this base plate 30, while the stereo decorating body 31 is applied by coating material with light reflecting property at its marginal part, and transparent epoxy resin 32 is dished out on the base plate 30 so as to enclose the stereo decorating body 31 in the transparent epoxy resin 32.
