PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and user-friendly cover for scaffold bolts capable of being easily mounted to a scaffold bolt, reducing careless contact and distinguishing locations without guesswork by making members easily distinguishable from a utility-line pole, and having a caution function. SOLUTION: The cover 10 is for a scaffold bolt 150 having a male screw part 151 to be screwed in a nut buried in a utility-line pole. Both a main body part 11 covering an engaging part 152 engaged with a wrench of the step bolt up to the nut 152 on the tip side and a head part 12 covering the engaging part of the scaffold bolt are integrally molded of an elastically deformable resin material having a color clearly distinguishable from utility-line poles. An opening part 12a is opened in an end part of the head part in such a way that the scaffold bolt may be inserted in the head part from the main part on the cover side.
