PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of mounting "a hydraulic unit comprising a valve mechanism for a pile punching machine" on a main body of a hydraulic shovel by improving the pile punching machine of a type with an exciter 4 and a chuck 5 mounted on the hydraulic shovel 1. SOLUTION: A valve mechanism 12A for controlling the exciter 4 and a valve mechanism 12B for operating the chuck 5 are installed on an archhunger 3. Piping originally provided in the hydraulic shovel 1 is used as hydraulic piping 8. A piping system is simplified by the above improvement, and production cost is reduced, and energy loss in the hydraulic piping is reduced. Gravity load of the valve mechanisms 12A, 12B energizes force for pushing down a pile 6 but does not have fear of canceling exciting force of the exciter 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
