PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rise/fall type waterproof door with high storability, which reduces the weight of equipment, and which satisfies passability and landscape properties in ordinary cases, and pressure resistance and confidentiality in an emergency. SOLUTION: This rise/fall type waterproof door 1 comprises: a bag body 6 wherein an air supply and exhaust opening 6a is formed, which is engaged with a floor surface 7b and a wall surface 7c in the state of close contact with them, and which checks inflow water 5 by serving as a weir in an emergency; a storage groove 7 which is formed in a U-shape in a floor 2 and a wall 3 in such a manner that a passage 4 is seen on a front side, and which makes the bag body 6 stored inside the floor 2 and the wall 3 in the ordinary cases; a covering lid 8 which is installed on the upper part 6b of the bag body 6, so as to close an upper part 7a of the storage groove 7 in the ordinary cases; and an air supply and exhaust means 12 which is connected to the inside 6c of the bag body 6, so that air can be supplied to and exhausted from the inside 6c.
