PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope which can be hung easily in a state opening the envelope and can be sealed easily after documents such as a slip or the like are stored and also can be manufactured easily and abundantly. SOLUTION: In the envelope A having a flap 7 continuously connected to the front surface 1 of the envelope, an adhesive layer 8b covered with a separate paper 8a is provided on the outer surface 7a of the flap and the flap is folded to the opening side 6 of the envelope and an adhesive layer 9b covered with a separate paper 9a is provided on the place of the back surface of the envelope which the outer surface 7a of the flap 7 makes in contact with when the folded flap 7 is folded to the back side 2 of the envelope further.
