PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hood structure capable of surely attaining integration of hood skin by hem-molding and a hood frame by preventing a drop of the hood frame at the time of assembling a hood. SOLUTION: In this structure, the hood frame as a reinforcing material is overlapped and integrated under the hood skin. The structure is provided with a reinforcement fixed to the hood frame and a cushion member mounted on the reinforcement. The hood frame has a plurality of positioning holes for performing the positioning of the hood frame in relation to the hood skin in left and right direction and front and rear direction of an automobile. The hood skin and the hood frame are integrated by making the cushion member abut on deep-drawn the hood skin, overlapping the hood frame on the hood skin and hem-molding a peripheral edge part of the hood skin.
