PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for breaking-up an object polluted by PCB, which apparatus hardly causes sparks and heat generation, and can make the burrs produced on a cut-off surface directed outward, and can reduce the generation of chips. SOLUTION: The apparatus for breaking-up the object polluted by PCB comprises a cutting-off section which can cut off a required portion of the vessel forming the object polluted by PCB, and can make the burrs on the cut off surface so as to be directed outward, and a driving section which can move the cutting-off section along the outer peripheral shape of the vessel.
