PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a bottle-like container hand-held to facilitate work, eliminated in the need of positioning the bottle-like container, facilitated in cutting work, and improved in the safety of the cutting work. SOLUTION: This cutter for a bottle-like container includes an armor 2 armored to the bottle container X to be rotatable in the circumferential direction, and a cutter 3 provided on the armor 2 and having a blade 15 for cutting and opening the side wall X' of the bottle-like container X.
