PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus in which continuous spraying is carried out with a sufficient quantity, the mounting and the movement are made simple, the manual operation is facilitated and the dead weight of a coating liquid is utilized to make the apparatus operability and the coating workability simple and excellent. SOLUTION: An elevating guide support 2 is erected on a manually movable carriage 1, a lifting table 5 is installed on the support to freely move up and down, a manual handle 8 is attached to link the handle operation to the up and down movement of the lifting table, a stopper mechanism is built-in to fix the lifting table in the vertical position, a coating material tank 12 is installed on the lifting table incorporated with a stirring mechanism 13, a releasing passage 12b is extendedly mounted in the bottom of the tank, a spray gun 14 in which high pressure air is joined is attached to the tip part of the releasing passage and the coating material charged into the tank flows out using the difference of the height and applied on a coating surface.
