PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion/mixing apparatus capable of uniformly and effectively performing dispersion/mixing by suppressing from an article to be treated from being deposited on an inner wall of a treatment tank while reducing required power. SOLUTION: An upstream side part 22a<SB>1</SB>in a flowing directionαof the article to be treated on an end surface 22a of the throwing port plug 22 for closing a throwing port 7 is made to a recession part recessed from an inner wall surface 1a and a downstream side part 22a<SB>2</SB>in the flowing directionαof the article on the end surface 22a is made to a projection part projected from the inner wall surface 1a. Level differences 25, 26 are provided between the inner wall surface 1a and the end surface 22a by these recession part and projection part and are not faced to the flowing directionαof the article. Accordingly, even if the article flows through the throwing port 7 in the flowing directionα, it does not stay in the level differences 25, 26, the article efficiently flows along the inner wall surface 1a and dispersion/mixing of the article is effectively performed.
