PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that round-neck sweater, trainer or underwear, etc., is deformed since a round neck part is extended in hanging from a general hanger and attachment/detachment is troublesome. SOLUTION: When a bent broad hanger is inserted from the round neck part and stretched rightward and leftward, a stopper shaft 4 falls into a stopper groove 6 by a stopper guide, so as to prevent bending. Then, the round-neck sweater, trainer, or underwear, etc., is easily hung. In the case of detachment, the stopper shaft 4 is pushed up, so as to release locking and perform bending.
