PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can block and prevent the fraudulence by regulating the inputs with a start lever device in a prescribed case. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with the start lever device for rotating a reel device for displaying patterns for lottery, the reel device and a controller for regulating the start lever device and the power source unit. The start lever device is constituted of a lever shaft which swings reciprocably between the reference and swing positions, a photoelectric sensor which detects the swing of the lever shaft depending on whether the light beam emitted from a light emitting part is detected or not by a photodetecting part and a regulation mechanism which drives a solenoid to keep a pair of regulation levers in contact with the lever shaft, thereby regulating the swing of the lever shaft to the swing position. The controller is provided with the function of judging whether the setting of winning probability in lottery is alterable or not, the function of judging the alteration of the setting is wrong or not when the setting of the winning probability in lottery is alterable and the function of driving the regulation mechanism to regulate the swing of the lever shaft when the alteration of the setting is wrong.
