PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray medical examination table where X-ray photography is carried out by tilting a patient lying supine on a bed to a desired angle without a burden on the patient. SOLUTION: In a medical examination table where a height of a top plate for placing the patient from a floor surface can be changed, one end of the top plate is pivoted rotatably to an upper surface plate moved vertically by a vertical driving means of a pantograph mechanism etc. to make the top plate rotatable with respect to the upper surface plate, and the other end of a top plate driving bar is link-connected to the top plate. Then, by pushing and pulling the top plate driving bar by a rotation mechanism fitted to the upper surface plate, the bar is rotated and the top plate is rotated moreover.
