A radiograph capturing device includes: radiograph capturing means for detecting irradiated radio rays and obtaining radiograph data; radio communication means for communicating information used by the radiograph capturing means to obtain the radiograph data with an external device using a radio wave of frequency not greater than 10 GHz; and wire communication means having a communication connection unit detachably and communicably connected to a connection unit of a communication line for wire-transmitting the radiograph data obtained from the radiograph capturing means. When the connection unit of the communication line is communicably connected to the communication connection unit, the radiograph data can be transmitted.
