<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate position accuracy of a first circle and a second circle against designed positions when a member consisting of a second material is arranged within a first discal material. <P>SOLUTION: (1) Positions of n pieces of the periphery of a first material, which are nearly equally divided, are measured, (2) a corresponding position is measured on the circular arc of the first discal configuration, (3) similarly, a position the second circle is measured on the circular arc, (4) the n-th vector is computed from the first vector having the position on the first circular arc as the starting point and a position on the periphery as the terminal point, (5) the 2n-th vector is computed from the (n+1)-th vector having the position on the second circular arc as the starting point and the position on the first circular arc as the terminal point, (6) a first composite vector is computed by adding the vector of (4), (7) a second composite vector is defined by adding the vector of (5), and (8) based on a third composite vector obtained by adding the first composite vector and the second composite vector, the position accuracy is evaluated of the first circle and the second circle against the first periphery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
