<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device capable of obtaining a large displacing amount and being thinned. <P>SOLUTION: The driving device 10 is equipped with: a laminated piezoelectric element 2 having a movable end as a point of application 5; a laminated piezoelectric element 1 flexibly arranged on a base 4 so as to be nearly in parallel with the laminated piezoelectric element 2; and a coupling part 3 coupling the laminated piezoelectric element 1 and the laminated piezoelectric element 2. An elongating direction from the coupling part 3 in the laminated piezoelectric element 2 is nearly opposite to a contracting direction to the coupling part 3 in the laminated piezoelectric element 1. Thus, for example, when the displacing amount of each laminated piezoelectric element is nΔd, the displacing amount 2nΔd is obtained without increasing the thickness (length in an elongating and contracting direction) of the driving device 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
