<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting patrol work of a field operator for toy vending machine, accurately predicting a market change of a hot-selling commodity, clearly determining a sales prediction numerical value, instructing an optimum patrol work to the field operator in the patrol work of toy vending machines, and improving the sales. <P>SOLUTION: This system for supporting the patrol work of a field operator for toy vending machine, which is adapted to give instructions to the field operator 18 who performs the patrol work to the toy vending machine 13, comprises a portable terminal 19 carried by the field operator, and a head office system 11 connected to the portable terminal through communication means. The portable terminal is adapted to display a work instruction content through a display part 19a and input work result data through an input part.
