<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect personal information of a payer and a claimant of settlement and to prevent man-caused defectiveness in settlement. <P>SOLUTION: A money transfer ID and an one-time password are designated from a payer's cellular phone 1 and transmitted to a bank server 2. The bank server 2 makes them correspond with a user ID of payer's account. Then an amount charged and an account receiving money are designated by a claimant's cellular phone 3 and transmitted to the bank server 2. The bank server 2 makes them correspond with the money transfer ID, and gives notice of the money transfer ID and the amount charged to the payer's cellular phone 1.
