<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for mounting an electronic component on a substrate in which a plurality of elements related to the cause of an error in mounting the electronic component can be analyzed to determine which element has a high error occurrence frequency. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 20 for controlling the entirety of the electronic component mounting machine comprises a means for judging occurrence of an error (image processing section 26), a means for counting the errors while classifying for each of a plurality of elements related to the cause of an error (storage section 22), and an error data processing means for judging an element having a high error occurrence frequency based on the data of errors counted by the counting means while being classified (main operating section 21). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
