<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use an elevator car installation space maximum with enlargement of floor area of the elevator car, to secure an interval between guide rails large, and to obtain stable riding comfort in a space spacious for a user by fitting a safety device by using a dead space of frame vertical frames. <P>SOLUTION: A limit switch 7 is fitted to the frame vertical frames 2a, to which the elevator car is to be fixed, at two positions in upper and lower. A switch operating part 8 is fitted to a rod part, which moves inside a space 9 between the frame vertical frames 2a, of a rod 5 of a hydraulic jack 6. The limit switches 7 are respectively operated at the upper limit and the lower limit positions of the elevator car 1 by using relative movement of the frame vertical frames 2a and the rod part, which is provided with the switch operating part 8, with elevation of the elevator car 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
