<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight, comfortable seat padding structure which satisfies the Aeronautical Standard and is especially characterized by good flame retardance and a low density. <P>SOLUTION: The padding structure contains a core and a coating, wherein the core is made of a melamine foam and the coating is made of a polyurethane foam, wherein the polyurethane foam contains 15-30 pts.wt. graphite, 4-10 pts.wt. hollow charge made of a glass material and 50-70 pts.wt. isocyanate, relative to 100 pts.wt. polyol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
