PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding member structure with a return spring of an opening and closing device capable of achieving the commonization of the shape of a rotating body in which the return spring is installed in a plurality of rotating bodies. SOLUTION: A winding body 4 taking in and letting off a shutter curtain 1 to open/close and move the shutter curtain 1 as an opening and closing body comprises a plurality of rotating bodies 22 axially disposed on a center shaft 20. Each of the rotating bodies 22 in which a power spring 26 as the return spring is installed comprises a rise part 25B and a tube part 24C. The one end of the power spring 26 locked to a center shaft 20 side by bending the other end to the circumferential one side of the winding body 4 is bent to the circumferential other side of the winding body and locked to the tube part 24C.
