PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an indoor space from being reduced because a ceiling is made lower by installing a cord reel for the winding of a cord from an obstacle-detecting seat plate switch of a smokeproof shutter in a ceiling space. SOLUTION: The cord reel 6 for the winding of the cord 15 of the seat plate switch 12 is fixed in the state of protruding from a leading end of a lintel 51 via a mounting base 64 at the leading end of the lintel 51. Thus, the shutter is arranged in a front position in the direction of winding rotation of a winding shaft 3 of a shutter curtain 1 so as to overlap the winding diameter of the winding shaft 3, so that the ceiling can be provided in a high position. A compact cord guide 7, which also serves as an anti-deflection member for the shutter curtain 1, is installed in the position of a taking-in opening 81 for the shutter curtain 1 in the lintel 51, so that the direction of the cord 15 can be changed.
