PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve paper sheet reversing accuracy by detecting a rear end of a paper sheet fed in a double-face route just on this side of a reversing roller, and to detect a delivery tray fully loaded with the paper sheets, and to improve performance by detecting with one sensor as a detecting means, while restricting increase of the number of parts items. SOLUTION: A paper sheet detecting lever is provided in an upper part of a double-face flapper for sorting the paper sheets to a reversing part and the delivery tray to detect the paper sheets, and at the same time, upper movement of the double-face flapper is detected. In the case wherein the delivery tray is fully loaded with the delivered paper sheets when the double-face flapper is operated downward, since the double-face flapper does not lower to the lowest position, the condition wherein the delivery tray is fully loaded with the paper sheets can be detected.
