PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroforming method by which hydroformed parts having a long straight tube part can be formed and a shaft-pushing punch used for the working. SOLUTION: By hydroforming a metallic tube 2 while forcing the metallic tube 2 with the shaft-pushing punch in the axial direction of the tube through divided tips 9 by pressing the divided tips 9 which are installed by dividing a tip into a plurality in the circumferential direction against the inside surface of the metallic tube 2 by the action of internal pressure during hydroforming, the hydroformed parts having the long straight tube part are worked.
