PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefabricated reinforcing rod enabling a reinforcing rod to be easily arranged at an expanded diameter part of a bottom of a pile hole, and also to provide a construction method of a pile using the same. SOLUTION: A prefabricated reinforcing rod 1 arranged at the pile hole H with a diameter expanded bottom part comprises a reinforcing rod 2 of a narrow diameter part arranged at a narrow diameter part Ha of the pile hole H and a reinforcing rod 3 of an expanded diameter part arranged at an expanded diameter part Hb of the pile hole H. One end side of the reinforcing rod 3 of the expanded diameter part is pivotably connected with a position separated upwardly from a lower end of the reinforcing rod 2 of the narrow diameter part and the other end side of the reinforcing rod 3 of the expanded diameter part is protruded from a lower end of the reinforcing rod 2 of the narrow diameter part before the prefabricated reinforcing rod 1 is in contact with a bottom surface Hc of the pile hole H.
