The unit has a flexible metal tube (2) running within a metallic bellow (1) and connected to a connector (5) of the bellow. The tube is manufactured such that it exhibits a standard axial loss factor of about 50 to 75 Newton-millimeters per millimeter, after an operation of a motor vehicle of 2000 kilometers driving route, and a standard axial loss factor of 5 to 15 Newton-millimeters per millimeter, during an installation condition.
