<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to set a control panel to an angle suited to the user by a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: By the user's moving a lever (14) to one side of a predetermined axial direction, locking by locking mechanisms (30A, 30B) is released, and turning of a turnable frame (12) with respect to support plates (16A, 16B) i.e. turning of the control panel (120) with respect to a copying machine (100) becomes in a permitted condition. In this condition, the user returns the lever (14) along with turning the control panel (120).
