PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding device provided with a head part developed so as to have a new structure for improving ultrasonic a cable welding property. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic welding device 10 is provided with an upper side head part 26 and a lower side head part 32. The upper side head part is ultrasonically vibrated by an ultrasonic wave oscillator 22. Both head parts are arranged at both sides of compression faces 42, 52 compressing the power transmission cable, and provided with guides 44, 46, 54, 56 having a shape of protruding in compression direction.
