PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill processor allowing improvement of reliability of bill delivery and carriage. SOLUTION: This bill processor 1 having winding type storage parts 11-13 each sandwiching a bill between two tapes and winding them around a drum has: a storage part 16 for storing bill interval information in each bill in storage order when storing the bill; and a control part 17 for variably controlling bill delivery speed on the basis of the bill interval information stored when delivering the bill.
