PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify the table of an access address from among a plurality of tables, when data are dividedly stored in the plurality of tables according to values of ten key information. SOLUTION: The prescribed data are stored dividedly in the plurality of tables 31A, 31B, 31C in response to the values of the ten-key information. This system/method is provided with a plurality of connections 19A-C correlated with any one of the tables 31A, 31B, 31C and for accessing the correlated table; a request analytical part 11 for receiving a request telegram 10, and for extracting the key information from the request telegram 10; a connection control part 13 for selecting one out of the plurality of connections 19A-C, based on the extracted key information; and an operation processing part 15 for conducting prescribed operation processing, based on the request telegram 10, and for accessing the data table correlated with the connection, by using the selected connection, based on a processed result in the operation processing.
