PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone structure which can effectively shield electromagnetic waves with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The structure is characterized to be provided with a light vibration detection unit 16 as a microphone element which detects a sound as an electric signal; a printed circuit board 14 which is prepared on a lower surface of the light vibration detection unit 16, and transmits the electrical signal; a conductive upper case 8 which covers the light vibration detection unit 16 and the printed circuit board 14 from an upper side, and at the same time engages with the printed circuit board 14; and a conductive lower case 2 which engages with the upper case 8, and covers the lower surface.
