PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector plug insertion-coupled to a connector receptacle without trouble in insertion-coupling to a connector already wired, and preventing crack of a receptacle-side shell. SOLUTION: The connector plug 1 is provided with: a root-side connector plug 1b connected to a wire rod 6; a tip-side connector plug 1a formed separately from the root-side connector plug 1b; and a flexible conductive material 1c connecting the tip-side connector plug 1a and the root-side connector plug 1b. In insertion-coupling with the connector receptacle 3, the tip-side connector plug 1a gets free to move, and insertion coupling along the connector receptacle 3 is carried out without trouble at the time of insertion coupling of the connector. It is preferable that a lock ring 1d is provided to the root-side connector plug 1b and the tip-side connector plug 1a, and a fall-off preventing hole 1e is provided to the root-side connector plug 1b.
