PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize prevention of inner diameter deformation of a bearing after fixing and prevention of deviation of a bearing position to a metal plate after fixing without impairing mass production of a bearing part. SOLUTION: In the method, a smaller bearing 21 than a bearing mounting hole 1d is inserted to the bearing mounting hole 1d bored on the metal plate 1 and thereafter, the bearing 2 is fixed to the metal plate 1 by plastically deforming the bearing mounting hole 1d so as to contract it by inserting a wedge 1c to the outside of the bearing mounting hole 1d. A positioning area 1a having positioning function of the bearing 2 to the metal plate 1 and a fixing area 1b having function for fixing the bearing 2 to the metal plate 1 are provided on an outer periphery of the bearing mounting hole 1d at one or more positions respectively.
