PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device used for various electronic devices, for sure opening/closing operation with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: An inner rotor 18 is arranged between a stator 11 and a movable body 14, and an outer rotor 19 is arranged between a movable case 5 and the stator 11. A cam part is provided between both ends of the inner rotor 18 and the counter surfaces of the stator 11 and movable body 14, as well as between the outer rotor 19 and the stator 11, with specified intervals L1, L2, and L3. Lubrication layers 20A and 20B are formed between the stator 11 and the inner rotor 18 as well as between the outer rotor 19 and the movable case 5. So, the rotation of the movable body 14 becomes slower after abutting of the cam parts, to reduce impact at opening, providing the opening/closing device for sure opening/closing operation with a simple configuration.
