PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an electric variable valve train, for stably starting an engine. SOLUTION: Electric power supplied from a battery 40 same as for a starter 30 of an internal combustion engine drives the control device 10 of an electric variable valve timing adjustment mechanism 20, and the control device controls the electric variable valve timing adjustment mechanism 20 which adjusts opening/closing timing of an intake valve of the internal combustion engine, during engine start. Under a condition while the engine starts and where voltage of the battery 40 gets lower than predetermined voltage of degrading startability of the starter 30, the control device 10 suppresses drive of the electric variable valve timing adjustment mechanism 20.
