PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake control device, in which an air control pipe constituting an intake control device arranged upstream of a throttle body is simply manufactured, and a valve shaft supporting an air control valve opening/closing an air passage in the air control pipe is coaxially supported with ease. SOLUTION: One ends 1cb, 1db of bearing supports 1c, 1d of a bearing member 1 is stuck to a one side face 2b of a mounting flange part 2a of an actuator mounting member 2. One end 3b of a valve shaft 3 to which the air control valve 5 is attached is supported by a bearing hole 1b of the bearing member 1, and the other end 3a thereof is supported by a bearing hole 2e of the actuator mounting member 2 to form an air control member 7. The bearing member 1 of the air control member 7 and the valve shaft 3 provided with an air control valve 5 are inserted in an air passage 9a through a bearing member insertion hole 9e of the air control pipe 9, and the mounting flange part 2a of the actuator mounting member 2 is fixed to be abutted with a mounting wall part 9d of the air control pipe 9.
