PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress erroneous calculation of a learning value in a state where an air-fuel ratio can be suddenly changed to properly correct an fuel injection amount. SOLUTION: An engine ECU executes a program comprising: a step S102 for starting an engine by transiently increasing a fuel injection amount, when a starting request is detected (YES in step S100); a step S112 for prohibiting calculation of the leaning value, when a transient fuel amount increase stop condition is not met (NO in step S108); a step S110 for stopping a transient fuel amount increase, when the transient fuel amount increase stop condition is met (YES in step S108); a step S114 for constantly increasing the fuel injection amount depending on water temperatures TW; and a step S116 for allowing the calculation of the learning value while the constant amount increase depending on water temperatures TW is performed.
