PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water shielding membrane lifting type selective intake equipment, liftable while accurately guiding a water shielding membrane of an upper side frame by a water shielding membrane of the lowest stage frame in a descent position of the lowest stage frame. SOLUTION: In this water shielding membrane lifting type selective intake equipment, frames 31 (A to D) holdable at a predetermined vertical interval are arranged in multistages and the water shielding membranes 34 (A to D) for enabling water shielding of the periphery of an intake 2a formed under a dam wall 1 by overlapping the lower end of the upper side water shielding membrane with the upper end of the lower side water shielding membrane, are suspended by these respective frames 31 (A to D), and the frames 31 (A to D) can be lifted by wires 32 and 33 of an elevator 15.
