PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag having a self-closing spout capable of minimizing the length of the spout, and preventing content such as liquid stored in a bag from oozing little by little even when hanging the packaging bag with the spout downside after unsealing the spout. SOLUTION: In the packaging bag which consists of a heat-sealed plastic film and has a self-closing spout to communicate with a storage chamber by a heat seal part and a non-heat seal part, at least a pair of flow passage extension parts are formed on both sides of a passage of the self-closing spout symmetrically in the right-to-left direction.
