摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice response message setting method, a voice response system, and a response management server whereby a user registers a message including detailed reasons and contents desirably delivered to a caller by means of electronic mail and which deliver the message to the caller even in a state that the user is not available on the phone. SOLUTION: A user 1 generates an automatic answering response message on an electronic mail main text and transmits the message to an automatic answering telephone service center. The response management server B1 extracts the mail main text, converts the text into voice data and sets the voice data as an automatic answering telephone response message of the user 1. The user 1 turns off the power supply of a mobile terminal or selects the manner mode for the mobile terminal. When an another user 2 uses its mobile terminal or the like to make a phone call to the mobile terminal of the user 1, a switch station transfers the call to the response management server B1 of the automatic answering telephone service. The response management server B1 responds to the transferred call, and when the response management server B1 detects that the call is a transfer call whose destination is the mobile terminal of the user 1, the response management server B1 transmits the response message registered and revised by the user 1 to the user 2.
