PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material which is manufactured at a low cost, and has sealability and easy-openability. SOLUTION: The lid material A comprises a first layer made of a resin film of a resin composition, which is mainly composed of a high-pressure copolymerized low density polyethylene resin having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 1 to 7 g/10 minutes (190°C), and a propylene-ethylene tandem copolymer having a melt flow rate (MFR) of 1 to 15 g/10 minutes (230°C), the polyethylene resin being mixed at a weight ratio of 20 to 60 pts.wt. and the tandem copolymer being mixed at a weight ratio of 40 to 80 pts.wt., and a second layer made of one or more layers of resin film of a resin composition, which is mainly composed of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer copolymerized using a single site catalyst, a high density polyethylene having a density of 0.935 g/m<SP>3</SP>or higher, or a polypropylene resin. The surface of the resin film 2 forming the first layer constitutes the innermost surface, and a base film 4 is overlaid on the surface of the resin film 3 forming the second layer.
